Skiing the Magic Carpet 1/21/10



We took Jo up to the Big Mountain today to test out her skills with lift access. We started on the Magic Carpet, and after 8 laps, she still wanted to ski "again" and "fast." A little snack and cocoa in the lodge and she still wanted more, we took one more on the carpet, then it was off to the Chair Lift for 2 laps. She did great, we all had a lot of fun and look forward to the next time we get to go skiing.

This was a random night of improv fort making, stuffed animal party, just Jo being Jo.

Beautiful cold day on the Big Mountain. JoJo is doing a great job entertaining Carole-Mama, and we are lucky to celebrate her birthday with her on Sunday!

We had a wonderful Christmas at 292 Moose trail, spent ALL day opening presents, playing, eating, dancing (as you can see) and napping. It was wonderful. Some pictures at:

Jo's first time on skiis 12/17/2009 2 years + 52 days old. She certainly wasn't sure at first, but once got some speed with Daddy, it was "again, again, again" and "mines skiis." They did about 5 or six laps on that hill - fun, fun! But she wouldn't get on the snowmobile with Daddy, maybe next time.
